As part of our expansion goals, we are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Consultants to join our team and help us connect more Jamaicans to seamless overseas shipping solutions.

Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales to boost revenue. You will represent OtissBrokeage across various touchpoints—online, in the field, at events, and directly with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, events, and online channels.

  • Educate potential clients about OtissBrokerage’s services, pricing, and processes for vehicle import and shipping.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, vehicle preferences, and customer pain points.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

  • Provide accurate quotes, proposals, and information to prospects.

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment for customers.

  • Track all sales activities in CRM software and prepare weekly performance reports.

  • Represent OtissBrokerage at trade shows, expos, and networking events across Jamaica.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, customer service, or business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally attend events or client meetings.

  • Knowledge of the shipping or vehicle importation industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an asset.

  • Must be based in Jamaica and have access to a laptop or smart device.
